Warwickshire Police are urgently seeking the driver of a red Uber vehicle as a potential witness to a serious collision involving a pedestrian and a blue Hyundai on Coventry Road, Exhall, warwickshire on the evening of Friday, 29 November.
Details of the Incident
The collision occurred around 8:30 PM when a male pedestrian in his 40s was struck by the Hyundai. Emergency services, including police, ambulance, and fire crews, quickly arrived at the scene. The injured man sustained severe injuries and required hospital treatment.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the red Uber vehicle stopped briefly near the pedestrian moments before the collision but left the area before emergency services arrived.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have seen a man dressed in dark clothing, carrying a white plastic bag, walking along Coventry Road towards Bedworth from Exhall. They urge those with CCTV or dashcam footage from the area at the time to come forward.
